No deposit bonus guide : How to claim 10 Canadian casino offers
Any no deposit bonus needs five pieces of information before it can be understood, and a promotional page either supplies them or leaves gaps. Judging a no deposit bonus on that basis, rather than on how large the headline number looks, is what the following pages set out to do. The market behind these offers is substantial. Gross gaming revenue from online casino play inside Ontario’s regulated channel came to roughly CAD 326.4 million in May 2026, a monthly high as of that date, according to iGaming Ontario.
Ten Canadian offers appear below, and the list is organized by how much each operator chooses to put in writing. Registration then gets its own walkthrough, one action to a step, with the exact names of the fields and buttons involved. Entering a code is covered in the same way, because that single box is where a claim most often goes wrong.
- Five items are enough to make sense of an offer: how many spins, which game they run on, what the wagering condition is, what the payout limit is, and whether a code applies.
- The ten offers are set out from the most fully documented page to the least detailed one.
- Wagering conditions in this selection start at 3x and reach as far as 50x.
- Published payout limits span CAD 10 at the low end, CAD 100 at the high end.
- A code is typed exactly as written, with no space added at either end.
- The same regulated channel produced roughly CAD 316.8 million of online casino revenue in June 2026.
The five details an offer page should state
- How many spins. Usually printed in the largest type on the page, inside the banner or the heading. That number describes how big the package is, and nothing else.
- Which game the spins run on. Normally found just below the headline, or in the first line of the terms box. It matters because those spins are locked to that one title.
- The wagering condition. Almost always in the terms box rather than the banner, written as a figure followed by the letter x. It sets the amount of staking that has to come before any payment.
- The payout limit. Often the closing line of the terms box, and sometimes only inside the full terms document linked lower down. It sets the highest amount the offer can ever pay.
- The code, where one exists. Shown beside the offer heading, in the terms box, or on a button marked with the code itself. Without it, the package may not attach to the account.
Not every page carries all five. Some publish four, a few publish three, and the gaps are rarely labelled as gaps. That is worth knowing before any of these pages is opened. Of the ten offers below, six print a value per spin and four leave it out, one prints no payout limit at all, and two print a ceiling on the size of each bet.
10 no deposit bonus offers and what each page publishes
Ten operators follow, numbered one to ten so they can be referred to later on. Each entry lists what the operator states and leaves out anything the operator does not. The order runs broadly from the pages that document their offers most fully toward those that document them least, with the payout limit separating entries that publish the same number of items. Formats change between entries, because ten identical layouts would make ten sets of wording harder to compare rather than easier. Each brand keeps the number it holds in that order throughout these pages, so a figure quoted further down can be traced back without rereading the list.
1. HitNSpin – all five items published
HitNSpin states every one of the five items. Fifty-five spins make up the package. They run on Big Bass Splash, from the studio Reel Kingdom. The value per spin is CAD 0.10. Wagering is set at 3x, the gentlest figure on the whole list. Its payout limit comes to CAD 10, the smallest on show.
No code applies, so the package follows account creation on its own. Two of those figures pull against each other, and the page prints both plainly. Barely any staking precedes a payment request here, and barely anything can be paid when one is made. A page that states all five items lets a reader see that tension before registering rather than afterwards.

2. V.Vegas – Book of Dead and a light condition
- Fifty spins in the package.
- Book of Dead, from Play’n GO, as the game they run on.
- CAD 0.20 as the value of one spin, the higher of the two spin values published here.
- A 3x wagering condition, matching entry one for the lightest on this page.
- A payout limit set at CAD 25.
- No code, which means no typing during registration.
All five items appear, and the page says so in plain language. Placed next to entry one, the condition matches while the limit is larger by a factor of two and a half. That is exactly the comparison the five items make possible. A reader who checks only the spin count would see fifty against fifty-five and conclude the wrong thing.

3. King Billy – the code FSBONUS50 and a 50x condition
| Item | What the page states |
|---|---|
| Spins | 50 |
| Game | Elvis Frog Trueways, BGaming |
| Spin value | CAD 0.10 |
| Wagering | 50x |
| Payout limit | CAD 50 |
| Code | FSBONUS50 |
Six items rather than five, the code being the sixth. FSBONUS50 is typed into the promo code box during registration, exactly as it appears, with no space before or after it. At 50x this is the heaviest condition on the list, matched only by entry nine, and it stands beside a CAD 50 payout limit.
A page that prints both figures side by side has done its job; what the reader does with the pairing is a separate decision. Nothing in the grid needs calculating either, since every line appears as the page states it, which is why entry nine can be set against it at a glance.

4. Martin Casino – the highest limit on the list
How many spins? A hundred, the joint largest total here, and each is worth CAD 0.10.
Which game, and under what condition? Book of Ra Deluxe, released by Novomatic, under a 45x wagering condition.
What is the limit, and is there a code? The payout limit reads CAD 100, which no other page here exceeds, and the code is FSBONUS100.
Every item is stated, which makes this one of the more completely documented pages on the list. The combination it describes is a large package and a generous limit held against a heavy condition, and all three figures are available before anyone fills in a form.

5. Gizbo Casino – the same conditions as the entry above
Gizbo publishes a hundred spins; the spin value is CAD 0.10. The assigned game comes from BGaming: OOF the Goldmine Planet. The condition runs to 45x, the payout limit to CAD 100, and the code is FSBONUS100.
That string is shared with entry four, and so is every condition attached to it. The two brands differ only in which game the spins land on. Saying this once is enough: a reader who has compared one of the pair has, for all practical purposes, compared the other. The two remain separate brands, so a welcome package can be claimed at each, but there is nothing in the conditions to choose between.

6. Slotoro – a payout ceiling tied to the result
Slotoro states fifty spins; a spin value of CAD 0.20; Gates of Olympus by Pragmatic Play as the game; a 5x wagering condition, second gentlest here; a payout limit given not in cash but as triple whatever the spins return; and no code.
That last item is what sets the page apart. Winnings of CAD 57 would therefore hold a payment to CAD 171 under the clause as drafted, so the limit moves with the result rather than sitting above it. A limit written this way takes one extra step to read, and the page does publish the multiple plainly, which is what matters for a comparison. The 5x condition is light enough that the limit becomes the figure doing most of the work.

7. Slots Gallery – thirty spins under a bet ceiling
- Thirty spins, the smallest package in this selection along with entry eight.
- Wild West Trueways, developed by BGaming, as the game.
- A 40x wagering condition.
- No individual bet above CAD 5 until the condition is settled.
- A payout limit fixed at CAD 100.
- 30WW as the code.
Five items plus the stake restriction, which only two pages here publish at all. The restriction does not change how much staking the condition asks for. It changes how large each individual bet toward it may be, and a reader who misses that line can breach it without intending to.

8. Boho Casino – the second page here with a stake restriction
| Item | What the page states |
|---|---|
| Spins | 30 |
| Game | Fruit Million, BGaming |
| Wagering | 40x |
| Maximum stake | CAD 5 |
| Payout limit | CAD 100 |
| Code | FMIL30 |
Boho sets out the same condition, the same stake restriction and the same limit as entry seven, with a different game and a different code. FMIL30 goes into the promo code box during registration.
The two entries are easy to read side by side precisely because both pages print the same six items, and that is the point of insisting on them: comparison is only possible where the figures exist. Once two pages publish the same six, the sole variables left are the game and the code, and each of those is stated outright.

9. RollXO – LUXE50 under a CAD 50 limit
RollXO publishes fifty spins under a 50x condition with a CAD 50 payout limit, claimed using the code LUXE50, on a BGaming title: Gold Rush with Johnny Cash. Four items and a code, with no value per spin given. The 50x figure matches entry three for the heaviest condition here, and it is held against a limit half the size of the largest on the page.
Everything needed to weigh those two numbers against each other is published. The spin value, which would describe the package rather than its conditions, is not. The code is typed as six characters with no space, in the box labelled for a promo or bonus code.

10. WinBeatz – six eligible games under one code
How is this package different? The game is not assigned. Six titles are eligible and the holder picks one. They are Starburst; Book of Dead; Big Bass Bonanza; Book of Demi Gods 2; Hold and Win; Gold Rush with Johnny Cash.
What else does the page state? One hundred spins, the joint largest package here; a 45x wagering condition; and UPLAY100 as the code.
How does that compare with the other nine? Fewer of the five items appear here than on any other page listed, which is a comment on the page rather than on the offer. A choice among six games stands out on its own merits, given that every other entry names one title and settles the matter for the reader.

The ten offers and the figures each page states
Begin with the Cap column. It fixes the most an offer can pay, which puts every other number in the row into perspective. Read across from there rather than down, since a row describes one offer while a column describes one feature across ten. A dash shows that the operator publishes nothing for that field.
| Casino | Spins | Slot | Spin value | Wagering | Cap | Bet limit | Code |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HitNSpin | 55 | Big Bass Splash | CAD 0.10 | 3x | CAD 10 | – | – |

Promotional balance, real balance and three ways an offer starts
Any account that holds one of these packages keeps two separate totals. One is money that belongs to the holder and can leave the site. The second is whatever the promotion has generated, held under the offer page’s conditions until they are met. Every figure in the table above describes the second total and the rules for moving it into the first.
The commercial reasoning is simple enough. An operator funds a package of spins to acquire a registered account and a first session, setting that cost against how the assigned game behaves statistically and against the limit it has already published. The sums are built to work over thousands of accounts, not inside any one of them.
Three activation routes appear among these ten. Some packages arrive on their own once registration is through, and no typing is involved at all. Some require a code during registration, in the box marked for a promo or bonus code. Some require the holder to open the bonuses area of the account afterwards and press an activation button there. Four of the ten listed need no code whatsoever. Six do, and a code supplied once registration has closed rarely attaches to anything. Where a code is involved, the package attaches at the point the code is accepted rather than the point it is typed, and the account’s bonus area is where that acceptance becomes visible.
Registering on a casino site, one action per step
- Confirm the site accepts your province. That line usually sits very low on the page.
- Press the button marked Sign up or Register. A form opens.
- Type your email address in the field marked Email. Use an address you can open today.
- Choose a password and type it in the field marked Password. Some forms ask for it twice.
- Fill in your legal name in the fields marked First name and Last name. Use the spelling that appears on your bank account.
- Enter your date of birth in the field marked Date of birth. Use the format the form shows.
- Enter your home address and choose your province from the list. Check what appears here. A browser that fills forms for you may insert an address you used years ago, and an old address will cause trouble later.
- Find the box marked Promo code or Bonus code. Type the code for your offer exactly as written: FSBONUS50 at King Billy, 30WW at Slots Gallery, UPLAY100 at WinBeatz. Capital letters, no space before, no space after.
- Tick the box confirming you accept the terms, then press Create account.
- Open your email. Find the message from the casino and press the confirmation link inside it.
- Return to the site and sign in. Open the area marked Bonuses or Promotions.
- Find your offer there and press Activate if a button is shown. Your spins should then appear on the assigned game.

Wagering conditions put in plain figures
What does a figure like 45x actually ask for? It asks for a set amount to be staked before any slice of the promotional total becomes payable. That figure works as a multiplier. What it multiplies is the question that matters most.
What does it multiply? Across all ten of these offers, it multiplies what the spins return. That is a different base from the promotional credit itself, and the gap between the two is large. Take winnings of CAD 24 against a bonus of CAD 51, both under a 14x figure. The first works out at CAD 336 of staking. The second works out at CAD 714. One multiplier, two bases, CAD 378 between them.
What do the real figures look like? Entry three, King Billy, sets 50x. Winnings of CAD 57 there would oblige CAD 2,850 of staking. Entry one, HitNSpin, sets 3x. There the same CAD 57 obliges CAD 171. Identical winnings, two pages, CAD 2,679 between what each demands.
Does every stake count in full? No. Reel games normally count for their whole amount. Table games and live games count for a fraction, and sometimes for nothing. That fraction appears in a contribution table, which normally sits in the full terms rather than the offer page itself, and it is worth locating before any stake goes outside the assigned game.
Is each bet capped? On two of these pages, yes. Entries seven and eight both set CAD 5 as the most that may be staked at one time while the condition is open. Going over that figure can end the offer rather than simply being ignored.
How long is there? Every offer sets a deadline. Its days begin at activation and not at the opening spin.
What about the spins themselves? They cost nothing to play. The condition attaches to their return, not to the rounds themselves, so nothing needs clearing before the opening spin. When the deadline arrives with the condition unmet, the promotional total ends and nothing further is owed. The deadline sits in the terms box beside the multiplier, and the two make sense only when read together.
The maximum written on the page and what it leaves
A payout limit is the most an offer will ever pay, and it takes effect while a payment is assembled, not when the package is claimed. That timing is what makes it easy to overlook. Nothing on screen changes while the spins run; the figure takes effect at the end.
Entry five shows the mechanism at full size. Suppose the spins there produce CAD 295 and the condition is satisfied in full. The payment still comes to CAD 100, because CAD 100 is the limit printed on the page. No deduction has been made in any ordinary sense. That figure was published ahead of registration; it merely arrives late.
Comparing limits across pages is quick once they have been located, and the range on this list is wide.
| Casino | Payout limit |
|---|---|
| HitNSpin | CAD 10 |
| King Billy | CAD 50 |
| Martin Casino | CAD 100 |
Ten dollars and one hundred dollars sit at either end of that short table, a tenfold spread between two offers whose banners look broadly alike. Two of the ten handle this field unusually. One page here prints no limit whatsoever, so nothing in its wording states a ceiling either way. Another states the figure as a multiple applied to the winnings themselves rather than a fixed sum, which means it cannot be set beside a cash limit until a result exists to apply it to. Take the limit first and the spin count second, and most comparisons among these ten come out differently.
Asking for a first payment of promotional winnings
- Satisfy the wagering condition in full. The bonuses area of the account usually shows how far along it is.
- Open the area marked Cashier, Wallet or Withdraw.
- Choose the method you want to be paid by. It normally has to be a method already registered on the account.
- Type the amount you want to withdraw.
- Supply the identity papers the operator requests, normally a photo identity document and something showing your address.
- Press the button marked Withdraw or Confirm.
- Read the amount shown on the confirmation screen. If the payout limit applies, the figure here will be lower than the balance you started from, and that is the limit doing its work.
- Wait. Processing takes a period the operator sets, and the account will show the request as pending until it clears.
The main kinds of no deposit offer
| Format | What it attaches to | Present on this list |
|---|---|---|
| Spins on one assigned game | A single named title | Nine of the ten entries |
| Spins with a choice of games | Several named titles, chosen by the holder | Entry ten |
| Promotional credit | A cash amount usable across eligible categories | Not among these ten |
| Daily instalments | A package released in portions over several days | Not among these ten |
| Offers for existing accounts | Accounts already registered rather than new ones | Published separately by most of these brands |
Spins locked to one game
The usual arrangement: one title named in the terms, with the spins valid there and nowhere else.
Spins across several eligible games
A less common arrangement where the terms list more than one title, as entry ten does with six.
A cash amount instead of a spin count
Announced as a sum rather than a quantity, which changes how the package is described but not how the condition works.
A package released in daily portions
Delivered in instalments, with the deadline normally running from the first portion rather than the last.
Promotions aimed at existing accounts
Outside the welcome category, with their own conditions and their own limits, published on separate pages.
Whether the bonus amount stays in the balance
- Two drafting styles exist, and the offer page rarely draws attention to which one applies.
- Under the first, the promotional amount and everything it produced both become real money once the condition is met.
- Under the second, often described as sticky, the promotional amount is taken back out at the moment of conversion and only what sits above it becomes real money.
- So a balance of CAD 61 holding CAD 26 of promotional credit converts at CAD 61 in the first case and at CAD 35 in the second.
- One line in the bonus terms decides it, stating whether the promotional amount counts as part of a withdrawal.
- If that line cannot be located, support can set the answer down in writing, ahead of the claim.
Offers published without a wagering figure
Some pages advertise a package with no wagering condition attached. None on the list above belongs to that group. The gentlest figure here is 3x, at entries one and two; the heaviest is 50x, at entries three and nine. Where such an offer does appear, it is generally smaller in other respects, with a tighter payout limit, a shorter deadline, or a condition that attaches to the first withdrawal instead of the promotion. With the multiplier gone, the payout limit becomes the only figure shaping the outcome, which makes it the one to locate first on any page of that kind. It is also why a condition-free package seldom matches the spin counts listed above: an operator that drops the condition usually recovers the exposure somewhere else in the terms.
Payment methods that are simple to register
| Method | Typical use on these offers |
|---|---|
| Interac e-Transfer | Accepted in both directions at most Canadian-facing brands |
| iDebit and Instadebit | Accepted at many brands, linked directly to a bank account |
| Credit and debit cards | Accepted for deposits, often not for payments out |
| Electronic wallets | Accepted, though sometimes excluded from offer eligibility |
| Prepaid cards | Deposits only, by design |
For most Canadian accounts, the least troublesome route to register is Interac e-Transfer. It works from a bank account you already hold, asks for no new card details, and usually runs in both directions.
Close behind come iDebit and Instadebit. Each links to a bank account without handing any card number to the casino, which is one fewer thing to keep track of.
Cards are easy to use for a deposit and frequently cannot receive a payment. An account funded by card alone may therefore need a second route registered before any winnings can be sent.
Electronic wallets are quick to set up, though several sets of offer terms shut wallet-funded accounts out of promotional eligibility, which makes that clause worth reading before one is picked. Prepaid cards cannot receive payments at all.
One rule governs all of them. Operators send money back along the route it arrived by wherever they can, so for a package claimed without a deposit, the first registered route usually becomes the destination.
Reading an offer on a phone or a tablet
- Conditions do not change on a small screen. Multiplier, limit, deadline and assigned game all belong to the promotion, not to the hardware.
- Terms text is often set very small on a phone. Pinching outward enlarges it, and most phones also have a text size setting that applies across every site.
- A terms box filling one desktop screen may take half a dozen swipes on a handset, which can leave the limit several screens away from the multiplier.
- A code is easier to type on a phone if you turn off the keyboard’s automatic capitalization and its autocorrect first. Both can alter a code without showing that they have.
- Pasting a code is safer than typing it, provided you check that no space has been copied along with it.
- Enlarging a terms box can hide your place on the page, so it helps to read one clause at a time and go back to the normal size in between.
- A tablet in landscape orientation shows more of the terms at once than a phone does, which makes a first read easier.
Reel games named in these conditions
| Volatility reference | Game | Studio |
|---|---|---|
| Low to medium | Fire Joker | Play’n GO |
| High | Gates of Olympus | Pragmatic Play |
| Game named on these pages | Studio |
|---|---|
| Big Bass Splash | Reel Kingdom |
| Book of Dead | Play’n GO |
| Elvis Frog Trueways | BGaming |
| Book of Ra Deluxe | Novomatic |
| OOF the Goldmine Planet | BGaming |
| Gates of Olympus | Pragmatic Play |
| Wild West Trueways | BGaming |
| Fruit Million | BGaming |
| Gold Rush with Johnny Cash | BGaming |
Volatility is a description of how a game’s results are distributed, not of how much it returns. A low-to-medium title such as Fire Joker pays more often in smaller amounts. A high one such as Gates of Olympus pays more rarely and in bigger amounts. Set against a payout limit they behave differently. The high-volatility profile more often produces a result the limit then trims, whereas the gentler profile tends to keep a balance ticking over without approaching that figure. Nine of these ten offers assign the game, so the profile is worth knowing about rather than choosing.
Four game suppliers behind this selection
- Pragmatic Play. Supplier of Gates of Olympus, the assigned game at entry six, and a studio whose catalogue shows up in the wider game lists at most of these brands.
- BGaming. The most frequent supplier here, with five of the assigned titles across entries three, five, seven, eight and nine.
- Play’n GO. Supplies Book of Dead at entry two, and the same title is one of the six eligible options at entry ten.
- Reel Kingdom. A single appearance, entry one’s Big Bass Splash, from a studio built largely around one family of fishing-themed games.
A studio name indicates which mechanics family a title sits in, and points to where the game publishes its own figures. About the wagering figure and the payout ceiling it says nothing. Those two figures are set by the operator running the promotion, not by the developer of the game.
Deciding which of these offers to take
- Count the five items on the page. A page publishing all five can be set beside another and judged; a page publishing three cannot be judged properly against anything, and the missing figures are not usually marked as missing.
- Read the payout limit before the spin count. It sets the ceiling on everything else in the row.
- Read the wagering figure next, and check what it multiplies. All ten here apply it to the spins’ return.
- Hunt for a stake ceiling. Only two of these pages print one, and a figure you have never seen is easy to go past.
- Check the deadline, which runs from activation. A heavy condition inside a short window asks a great deal.
- Confirm your province is accepted, and that the site operates in a currency and a language you are comfortable with.
- Check whether a code is needed, and copy it somewhere you can reach during registration.
Contacting customer support in writing
Which channel is best? A written one. Live chat and email both leave a record, and a record is what settles a disagreement later. A telephone call leaves nothing behind.
What should be asked before claiming? Three items: whether your province is accepted, the contribution rate for any game outside the assigned title, and the point from which the deadline runs. Each answer fits in a sentence.
Is service available in French? At many brands serving Canada, yes, in writing as well as on the phone, though the hours for each language are not always the same. Which language the terms document appears in is a separate question from which languages the support desk handles, and both are worth checking.
What can support not change? None of the published figures. The multiplier, the limit and the deadline are fixed for a whole campaign, and an agent has no authority to alter any of them for one account.
How should a transcript be kept? Most live chat windows offer, as a session closes, to send the conversation to the email address on the account. Taking that offer costs nothing and leaves a dated answer to return to.
Where online gambling stands legally in Canada
Ontario has had a regulated commercial channel since 4 April 2022. Licensed private companies have offered their platforms there ever since, under agreements signed with iGaming Ontario. Growth in that market shows up most clearly in the number of people using it: active player accounts rose from roughly 1.07 million in May 2025 to roughly 1.26 million in May 2026, close to 18% higher, and the June 2026 count reached roughly 1.32 million. A quarter of a million additional accounts inside twelve months is the context in which every offer page on this list is written.
Advertising in the province operates under the AGCO’s standards, which limit how bonuses and credits may be put in front of the general public, so a registered Ontario brand promotes its packages differently from one outside that framework.
Alberta has gone a comparable way: licensed private operators may serve the province as of 13 July 2026, alongside its long-standing provincial platform. Everywhere else in the country the regulated channel is a platform run by a provincial body. Brands licensed abroad reach Canadian players from outside those frameworks, and nothing bars a player from using them.
Canadian individuals owe no income tax on recreational winnings, whichever kind of site produced them.

Choosing between a free offer and a funded one
- Cost at the start. One asks for nothing. The other wants a deposit, which is the entire distinction those two names draw.
- Size. Packages on this page stop at a hundred spins. A deposit match scales with the sum paid in and reaches amounts these packages never will.
- The condition. Deposit matches are frequently drafted at gentler multiples than the steepest figures above, albeit on a larger base.
- The limit. A package claimed without a deposit almost always carries one. A deposit match frequently does not, the deposit having set the scale already.
- What is risked. None of your own money in one case; the amount paid in, in the other.
- Order. A brand’s deposit match stays available after its welcome package has been claimed, and both kinds appear at most of these operators.
Benefits listed against drawbacks
| Benefits | Drawbacks |
|---|---|
| No money has to be paid in to start | Packages here stop at one hundred spins |
| A site’s software can be tried at no cost | The game is assigned on nine of the ten pages |
| All the figures are published before registration | Conditions reach 50x on two of these offers |
| Payout limits are stated in advance | One page publishes no limit at all |
| Light conditions do exist, at 3x on two pages | Four of these pages omit the value of a spin |
| A separate claim exists at each brand | A brand where you already have an account is closed to the welcome offer |
Six slips that cancel an offer
- Typing a code incorrectly. A lower-case letter, a missing character or a space copied in at either end can all stop the code being accepted, and the package will not attach.
- Opening a further account where the same brand already has one of yours. A welcome offer is limited to a single claim per person per brand, and most terms stretch that rule across a household.
- Playing a game the eligibility clause does not cover. Results can appear there while the condition sits unchanged, and a handful of terms documents make the attempt alone a reason for cancellation.
- Letting the deadline go by. The clock begins at activation, not at the first spin, and the operator is under no obligation to send a reminder.
- Entering registration details that are not accurate. An old address inserted by a browser that fills forms for you is the commonest version of this, and it surfaces when a payment is requested.
- Requesting payment to a method other than the one on the account. Operators pay back along the registered route, and a request pointing somewhere else is usually returned rather than processed.
Questions about reading an offer and signing up
Where is the full conditions document?
Normally behind a link low on the offer page, marked Terms or Bonus terms. The box on the page itself summarizes that document; it is not the document.
Does a code always have to be typed?
No. Four of the ten listed need none whatsoever. Where a code is given, it goes in during registration, since adding one later seldom works.
Can a detail be corrected after registering?
Usually, by writing to support, and it is best done before any payment is requested. Some fields, such as a name, need a document to support the change.
The confirmation email has not arrived. What then?
Check the junk folder first, then look for a Resend link on the site. If neither helps, write to support with the email address you used, since a single mistyped character in it is the usual cause.
There is no activation button anywhere. Where should it be?
In the area marked Bonuses or Promotions, inside the account. Some offers activate on their own and show no button, in which case the spins appear directly on the assigned game.
How is the bonus balance read on screen?
Most sites display it separately from the real balance, often under a Bonus heading in the cashier or beside the main total. Where only one figure is shown, the bonuses area will usually break it down.
How is progress through the condition followed?
The bonuses area normally shows an amount still to be staked, or a bar with a percentage. If neither is shown, support can state the remaining amount.
The conditions text is too small to read. Can it be made larger?
Yes. On a computer, holding the control key and pressing the plus key enlarges the page. On a phone, pinching outward does the same, and the phone’s own text size setting applies to every site.
Is support offered in French?
At many brands serving Canada, yes. The hours can differ between the two languages, and the terms document is not always translated even where the support desk is.
Who should be contacted when something is unclear?
The site’s own support desk first, in writing. If a complaint goes no further there, the licensing authority named low on the site is the next step.
How is an account closed?
Through a Close account option in the account settings, or by writing to support and asking for closure. A request in writing leaves a record of the date, which is worth having.
Account limits and where to get help
Ceilings on deposits and losses, and a timer on session length, can all be set from the account settings; each applies the moment it is saved. A cooling-off period suspends access for a set number of days. Self-exclusion withdraws it for longer and usually cannot be undone early. Alberta has a central AGLC programme covering every operator it licenses, so one registration there reaches more than a single site.
